Strawberry Jam !

Hello and good morning to you all my wonderful crafty friends.
I hope all is well with you, sending hugs to those who need them.

Goodness, it's Saturday already!  My son is playing his usual cricket matches today and tomorrow and then on Sunday evening my eldest daughter is going to a Summer School at Sussex University. She will be staying for 3 nights which will hopefully give her a taste of Uni life and help her make some decisions about the future. 

My card today is one I made simply because I love the image!
These Penny Black hedgehogs always make me smile.

As you like it - favourite ribbon or twine. I  love spotty and gingham ribbon, they seem to add that little bit of extra interest to a design without distracting from the image.

    Those hedgies really are cute! I love what you have done with the ribbon Sue. Home cricket match for Con today so another victoria sandwich baked this morning!! They've been really lucky this year with the weather and it always saddens me when the season draws to a close as you know autumn's on the way :0( Have a good weekend x

    Oooo fabby papers Doodlebug - to me are like scrummy, great layout and a fabby stamp and one i haven't got - must put it on my wish list.

    I hope daughter enjoys her time at Sussex University and as you are over this way are you also visiting The Glitter Pot ??? - if i had time i would have said (sorry packing, but definitely next time ), i'll meet you for a coffee, as i'm only 20 mins away on the bypass :-)

    Hi Sue, another beautiful card! I love the way you always make such a terrific job of matching the colours to your backing papers, ribbon & card. Goodness, they grow up so quickly! I hope your daughter has a great time at Sussex, I had a friend who went there and loved every minute of it (was quite a long time ago now though!).     Hi Sue, I love the image too, it is so sweet and you have coloured it so beautifully. Love the ribbon trim at the top, it is so effective.

    That is such a great idea by Sussex Uni to have a Summer School, wish they had that in my Son's day, it would have been so useful. Hope your Daughter enjoys it. Hugs, Anne x
