Maddie - Happy Days, DigiStamp Boutique DT card

Good Morning everyone.
I hope you are all well and having an enjoyable weekend.

I am here today to share a card made with a cute image from DigiStamp Boutique.
This is Maddie, from the sweet Maddie, Happy Days set, the sentiment is included with the set.

Next week I am due to have some urgent eye surgery.  I am really hoping it won't put me out of action for too long but I probably won't have another card to share for a couple of weeks or so.
