Beary Happy Birthday - Dies to Die for DT card

Good Morning my lovely crafty friends.
I hope you are well and having a good weekend.
Thank you so much for all your kind supportive comments, it means so much.

My card today has been made with some gorgeous goodies all from Dies to Die for.
I have used an image and sentiment from MFT Die-Namics Cool Day Stamp Set which is perfect for Winter Birthdays. I have paper-pieced the bear's jumper, hat and cup. The background has been made with a selection of Die-Namics dies ( I have added all the links below my photo) I especially love the Die-Namics Swiss Dots background .
