Peaches and Cream at Lili's Little Fairies Challenge.

Good morning to you all, my wonderful friends and blogging buddies.

Today is the start of a new challenge at 
our theme this week is
Peaches and Cream 

So, I used this colour scheme to make a Mother's Day card for my wonderful mum-in-law as I know she likes these colours. She used to be a florist so I knew straight away that I had the perfect image for her.
 I love this cutie and it was such a joy to colour.

Circle cards at Passion for Promakers Challenge

DT card for Sketch 'n' Stash Challenge #108

Layer it Up! at the Joanna Sheen Challenge


Good Morning everyone.
I hope you are all having a good weekend. 
Sorry I haven't added anything to my blog for a few days. All my DT cards are due in the same week and as last week was half-term I didn't have any spare time to make any other cards. It has been so nice to spend some time with my children this week, I will miss them when they go back to school tomorrow.

Today is the start of a new Joanna Sheen Challenge

I was sent the fabulous House Mouse Projects CD Rom. After much deliberation, I printed off this wonderful image to decoupage.
I enjoy cutting out, which is just as well as there are 6 layers here!! This is one of those cards that looks so much better in real life.

Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge DT card - Distressed


Good Morning everyone.
Yippee, Friday at last and it's even better because my children will be off school and college next week enjoying their half-term holiday. It will be nice for them to have a break from studying, they are all working so hard at the moment.

I really wanted to challenge myself to move out of my comfort zone and go for more 'grungy' look. Last year I won some fabulous images from Kenny K so I thought it was about time I used one of them.
I didn't want loads of embellishments so I raided my hubby's tool box for the metal nuts but they were too shiny so I greased them up with my Promarkers.

Is This Love That I'm feeling? - Card Mania Challenge

Good morning to you all my wonderful blogging buddies.
I hope you are well and that you had a good weekend.

Today is the start of a new Card Mania Challenge and the theme for the next 2 weeks is

The design team were very lucky to have some stamps to use from Flourishes. They really are beautiful detailed images.
I decided to use the gorgeous chocolate box image and made a small box. It measures about 3 inches across. (There is a good tutorial here)
 The sentiment was also included in the set.

Sorry about the poor the poor quality of the photos, the colours look much nicer in real life!

Janey's Digi Designs Icelandic Poppy

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all having a good week.

One of my wonderful blogging buddies Jane has recently started designing some amazing digi stamps inspired by her love of gardening.  I was thrilled and feel extremely honoured to be asked to join her mega talented design team. So here is my first card for Janey's Digi Designs.

As soon as I saw Jane's magnificent Icelandic Poppy I knew that it would be my first choice. I love their delicate petals yet they grow in such a lovely range of bold colours.

No Matter Which Challenge DT Card - Ribbons and Bows


Hello again everyone
I hope you are all having a good weekend. I wasn't expecting to be back today but I got a bit muddled with my days and somehow thought that this challenge started tomorrow - whoops!

Just before Christmas I was surprised and thrilled to receive an Email from Suzanne the owner of the No Matter Which Challenge asking me if I'd like to join her design team. Of course I said yes, they really are such a friendly and talented team. So here is my first DT card for them.

A Gem of a Challenge DT card - Gingham or Checks

Good Morning Everyone

Yippee it's Saturday, we do not have much planned, it's just so nice to have house full for a couple of days.

Today is the start of a new A Gem of A Challenge

So, I decided to make a boy's card this time because I wanted to use Skateboarding Andy an image that Janet recently digitalised.   I realised, rather surprisingly, that I do not have many gingham papers in 'boy' colours so it was lucky for me Pink Gem designs have some wonderful gingham digi papers to download and you get 20 different colours so plenty to choose from.
I really enjoyed colouring this one!
