DT card for Sketch 'n' Stash Challenge

Good Morning my lovely crafty friends.
I hope you had a good weekend and are set the week ahead.

The last 2 weeks have flown by and today is the start of a new Sketch 'n' Stash Challenge.
This time we are using sketch #32

Kisses for my Sweet - Dies to Die for DT card

Hello again everyone.
I hope you are having a good day. 
As promised I'm back with my second card of the day this time using some gorgeous goodies from

I have used a Mo Manning stamp made by Stamping Bella with some stunning double-sided Bildmalarna papers which I have used to paper-piece the lady's dress adding some shading with coloured pencils. The gorgeous border die is by Memory box, all the other hearts are from the same die.
The sentiment banner was cut with the fabulous La-La Land Folding Banners die and the sentiment is

Use Ribbon and Lace at A Gem of a Challenge

Good Morning my lovely crafty friends.
I hope you are well and having a good weekend.

I have 2 cards to share today so will get straight on with my first one.
Today is the start of a new A Gem of a Challenge

Janet has recently released so many new gorgeous digis that I had trouble deciding which one to use. I finally picked Grace with Rose, she has such a pretty face and I love her hair.
The lace I have used is a lovely deep purple although it looks dark blue in my picture!

Easter or Springtime - GDT card for the Sugar Bowl Challenge

Good Morning my lovely crafty friends.
I hope all is well with you, sending hugs to those in need of the them.

I am so excited and honoured because the lovely Fi  has asked me to be a guest designer at The Sugar Bowl Challenge for this month I love Sugar Nellie stamps, they are amongst the first ones I bought and I still use them now.
Their theme for you this month is
Easter or Springtime

I was very lucky to get to choose a digi stamp from Funky Kits. I picked an adorable image from the Return to Fairy Glen series called Little Bit of Gossip. She was a joy to colour.
I cut an aperture in my (very old) papers cutting around the flowers and butterflies then layering some of them up.

Blue Lilacs


Hello my lovely crafty friends.
I do hope all is well with you, sending hugs to those in need of them.

Yesterday, for some reason, I felt like colouring in some flowers. I was too impatient to stamp or print any images so I was pleased to remember my LOTV Black and White Sketch Pad full of gorgeous wild flower images just waiting to be coloured.

Here is a card I made with the Lilacs image. I know I haven't used the correct colours,  I coloured them in blue so I could use some of my favourite papers!

Anya Blooms - Dies to Die for DT card

    Good Morning my lovely crafty friends.
I hope you are well and having a good weekend.

Today's my regular day to share with you my card made with some gorgeous goodies from Dies to Die for.

For my card today I have used a pretty stamp called Anya Blooms by The Greeting Farm with the lovely sentiment included.  The wonderful scalloped frame was made with a Tonic Studio Nesting Die, this is a great set containing 14 layering dies. The beautiful papers are new from My Minds Eye and the gorgeous flower was made with Die-Namics Plentiful Petals.

So onto my card. I have gone for shades of blue as you can tell probably tell, this is one of my favourite colours!

DT card for the Sketch 'n' Stash Challenge


Good Morning Everyone

Today is the start of a new Sketch 'n' Stash Challenge.
For this challenge we are using sketch #30

The DT were given images from Stitchy Bear to use for the challenge. I have used the gorgeous Mother's Day Sentiment with rose which I printed first onto patterned paper then twice more on to white card for me to colour and layer up. I also printed the image slightly smaller to cut out the rose to add to a pull out tag

Sweet Friend - Dies to Die for DT card

Good Morning my lovely crafty friends.
I hope all is well with you and that you are having a good weekend.
Just to let you know that I have been having lots of problems with my internet connection and I think I may need a new Router. I have scheduled my next couple of posts just in case but if I disappear you will know why!

Anyway, I am here with my latest card made with some gorgeous goodies from Dies to Die for
I have used a cute Doodle Garden stamp from My Favourite Things with the sentiment included. The gorgeous papers are by Pion from the stunning Fairytales of Spring range. I didn't really want to cover the papers with too many embellishments so just added the La-La Land Heart Border cut from Bazzill Kraft card.

Heartfelt Thanks

Good Afternoon Everyone
I hope all is well with you and that you are having a good week, not too long until the weekend!

I wanted to make a thank you card for someone special so I decided to have another play with the stunning Clearly Besotted Elegant Butterflies set. This is one of my favourite stamp sets ever, the butterflies and sentiments included are gorgeous and I love the matching dies too.
My die cut border is made with a Memory Box die - it took a bit of practise with scrap paper to get the cut in the correct position!

To Someone Special

Good Afternoon my lovely crafty friends.
I hope all is well with you and you are having a good week so far.

I started a (long overdue) tidy up of my craft stash over the weekend. I am so pleased I did because whilst sorting through I came across the first stamp that I bought online - a few years ago now! I think I choose this sweet Sugar Nellie stamp because it reminds me of myself as a girl. I still have the same love of flowers and now I can see the resemblance to my youngest daughter. So, I decided to use this image for my Mum's Mother's Day card.
The gorgeous butterfly is from a stunning stamp set from Clearly Besotted Stamps, I think you are going to be seeing a lot more of these in the near future!

Hay, Whatzup, Buttercup - Dies to Die for DT card

Good Morning my lovely crafty friends.

I just wanted to start by saying a big thank you for all your wonderful comments on my recent cards, you really are so kind and I am grateful to each and every one of you.

Today's card is made using some wonderful goodies all available from Dies to Die for.
It's a cute Springtime card featuring an adorable Crissy Armstrong image made by Whimsy stamps with some gorgeous papers by Carta Bella.
The Swirly Tree is by Memory Box  and the daisy flower die is by Die-Namics. I have used a sentiment from a set created by Simonne Clay of SC Designs made by Whimsy, this is such a great set containing a wonderful mixture of different sentiments.
