Pion Designs Iris - Dies to Die for DT card

Good Morning my lovely crafty friends. 

I hope you are well and having a good weekend.

I am here today to share a simple card I have made with some gorgeous goodies from Dies to Die for.

I have used the fabulous Whimsy Double Scallop die to make my card base. The beautiful iris image is cut from some stunning papers, Shoreline Treasures collection by Pion Designs the butterflies are from the Borders sheet.

I have stamped the sentiment using Memento London Fog ink and applied the same colour around the edge of the paper.

Stanley and Snowman - DigiStamp Boutique DT card

Hello again everyone

I have used an image from the adorable Winter Stanley set  with a sentiment from the fabulous Christmas Sentiments 4.

It's Anything Goes at the Sugar Bowl Challenge

Good Morning my lovely crafty friends.

Today marks the return of the Sugar Bowl Challenge.

 I am delighted and honoured to say that I am now part of the lovely Design Team!

I had planned to make something with one of the cute new digistamps from Funky Kits but I am still waiting for my new printer! Luckily I had already made this for my youngest daughter, Emily, it was her birthday last month. She is learning to play the guitar thus my choice of image - Scrapberry Creativeness. She likes cards with lots of embellishments so this is a lot busier than my usual style. 

This card was fun to make and I am pleased to say Emily loved it!

Ducks in a Row - Dies to Die for DT card

Elegant Happy Birthday - Dies to Die for DT card

Four Legged Friends at the Passion for Promarkers Challenge

So, onto my card. I have had this adorable LOTV stamp for a while and I am almost ashamed to say it's the first time I have used it! It's a Celebration at the Without Words Challenge

With my card, I am entering the DT call over at The Sugar Bowl challenge.

As you may know, I love Sugar Nellie stamps . I bought one of my first stamps from Funky Kits many years ago and Karen, the owner, continues to add more adorable images to her collection.

 I enjoyed taking part in the monthly challenges and I had the huge honour of being a Guest Designer for them earlier this year so I was sad when it closed down. Now, happily, it's coming back and they are looking for a couple of new team members. My lack of confidence nearly stopped me from applying but if I don't try I will never know!
