I was so pleased when I saw the theme for this month as this is definitely one of my favourite colour schemes.

So I used these colours to make a birthday card for my cousin. She loves cats, flowers and pink, a great combination!

All Stitched up!! Lili's Little Fairies Challenge

My Crafty Heart GDT Card - Bella Sole, Gifts of Love

Good Morning to you all, my wonderful friends and blogging buddies. A big warm welcome to my new followers too, it's so lovely to have you there. 

Today is an exciting day for me, I am showing you my first card as Guest Designer for the wonderful My Crafty Heart.

I love all the products that Teresa sells in her shop so I knew that whatever she sent me would be fabulous but it was still such a lovely surprise when my box of goodies arrived.  I feel so lucky and honoured to be part of her team.

Anyway, I decided to make a bright and cheerful card to reflect my mood!

My starting point for this card were the gorgeous Prima Divine Butterflies and Divine Daisies. Oh my word, I love these so much! There are loads of different colours in the same pack so you will be seeing a lot more of these in the near future. The colours in the Prima Believe Papers that I have used work so well with these too.

I have to say that the beautiful Crocheted Lace trim by Melissa Frances that I have used was almost too nice to cut into!

**NEW CHALLENGE** A little bit Crafty!!

Good Morning everyone

I hope you all enjoying a nice Easter weekend . We have been lucky enough to see the sunshine for a couple of days, it makes so much difference even if it is still cold.

Well its the first of April and a very exciting day as it is the start of a new monthly challenge

Make it Cute at A gem of a Challenge

I do love these long weekends but I find it hard to keep track of what day it is!

I decided to colour up cute Denny with Watering Can. I think Denny may be a boy's name but for some reason I wanted to make a green and pink card so in this instance Denny is a girl dragon!
I made a centre step card, I love making these. As you will see I have kept my embellishments to a minimum because I didn't want to cover up my pretty papers.

Lili's Little Fairies Challenge - Buttons and Bows

Hello again everyone, I hope you are all well.

This week is going so fast, I can hardly believe that it's Thursday already! My children finish school and college at lunch time today and then it's 2 weeks off. I think I enjoy the school holidays as much as them, I just love having them at home. Maybe we might even have some good weather to get out for some nice walks next week, that would be nice.

Fab 'n Funky Challenge - Boxed In

Hello everyone. As promised I'm back again today to tell about the new

Fab 'n' Funky Challenge

This time our theme is chosen by the lovely Ciska. She has picked something a bit different for you

I decided to make a milk carton/box for Easter

There are loads of online tutorials for making these . A really good one is by the wonderfully talented Kerry (a.k.a. Pickle on Do-crafts) which you can find here. They really are very easy to make.

To close the top I used a scalloped circle folded in half and secured it with some fun pegs which I have had for ages, I knew they would come in handy one day!
