Hello Everyone, I hope you are all having a good week.
One of my wonderful blogging buddies Jane has recently started designing some amazing digi stamps inspired by her love of gardening. I was thrilled and feel extremely honoured to be asked to join her mega talented design team. So here is my first card for Janey's Digi Designs.
As soon as I saw Jane's magnificent Icelandic Poppy I knew that it would be my first choice. I love their delicate petals yet they grow in such a lovely range of bold colours.

I do hope you are well and not feeling this horrendous cold from these strong winds and snow. Luckily we only had a flutter of snow this time unlike many other areas. Anyway, enough chit chat. Your card is lovely. Clean lines and simple dressing which perfectly draws the eye to a gorgeous stamped image. A beautiful poppy by your friend Janey, a talented designer indeed. Hi Sue - well done on your new DT post - this card is certainly a beauty! I love the colours of you Icelandic Poppy, we have these in our garden and they are all different. I have just seen these papers on Hazel's (Simply Me) blog and am so chuffed 'cos I bought this pad the other day - lovely to see such gorgeous cards made using it.

Something happened when I was to publish my comment - possibly it did get through, but I'm trying again, just in case. I was saying that I find this flower image so beautiful, but I find flowers quite tricky to color as I'm lacking a bit of coloring skills, but this image I think could be beautiful even paper pieced. You've done a great job with the coloring and finding perfectly coordinated papers!

Hi Sue, this is just beautiful! I love the way you have colord your flowers and then added in those little paper flowers that are just a tad darker. Your whole card just sceams GORGEOUS!
