As always one lucky winner of this challenge gets to choose 4 sweet Sugar Nellie digis

For my card I have used the adorable Warm Winter Wishes.
I have used a Hero Arts set to stamp some snowflakes around the image.

Oh Sue, this is one of my favorites... I love the wintry wonderland surrounded the precious penguins. The abundance of sparkly snowflakes is so pretty and the Precious Hearts couldn't be lovelier. I've never seen them stamped in the center.. it's gorgeous! Beautifully done as always, my dear friend.
