What a super sweet birthday card - perfect for a girl of any age, and in spite of all the pinks, I think it would work for a boy as well! I like how you've used the same patterned paper for your background, but placed in different directions. The banner and tags are sweet details. Your card has a pleasant clean, yet embellished, feel to it!
