I can hardly believe that it is the first of September already and my children go back to school and college next week. I am really going to miss them, we have had a wonderful Summer together.
Anyway, today is the start of a new A Little Bit Crafty Challenge
This month our theme is
Clean and Simple
For this challenge we are sponsored by:

The design team were very lucky to be able to pick an image from one of the sponsors so I chose the gorgeous Floral Watering Can from Delicious Doodles
To try and add a bit of interest, I used my Spellbinders Edgeabilities Classic Scallop to shape the bottom edge of my card and embossed some lines using my Hougie Board.

Beautiful image and design, Sue! The scalloped edge made of blue and yellow papers is a great touch, allowing to add some more color to your card and still keeping it very CAS!

Sue, this is spectacular... I could stare at that image for hours. You've colored it to perfection, giving it so much life. You color flowers like none other. :o) I love the pretty trim along the bottom and the delicate framing. Beautifully done as always, my talented friend! And I must say it is always refreshing hearing you talk about your kiddos. Far too many parents are always relieved and thrilled when their kids go back to school... the opposite of how it should be. HI Sue, Great card. I love the scalloped edge on the bottom. I think that was the perfect choice for such a pretty image. Just gorgeous! I feel the same way about my kids being in school. I love it when they are home. They are really good teenagers and I always have fun with them. They are great about friends being over at our house, so we know who and what they are doing.
