I have used one of my favourite images from A Day for Daisies and made a criss cross style card. I have coloured her dress in one of my favourite colours.
At first glance it may look like I have added lots to this card but actually most of the detail is on the gorgeous backing paper.

Oh wow… this is beautiful Sue… what fab colouring… her hair looks awesome, so much depth!! I love the criss cross design and the fancy edging and embellies are all perfect… I really like the soft colours! :-)

Oh my goodness, Sue! I've been planning a criss-cross card using Floral Ovals for the center, too! And you have my most-longed for Prima papers! I was too slow and missed out on Fairy Belle.. they are extraordinary, especially when used by someone as creative as you. You've used this piece so beautifully and paired it with an exquisite image, which is so gorgeously colored. The tag and charm are equally lovely and are just perfect for this masterpiece. The trims are gorgeous, too. :o) (Do you like how every element you use is always part of my favorites? Ha!)
And can I tell you something?! My heart happy danced when I saw you used a Marianne Designs die because I have a few goodies from them on the way! I am ecstatic, Sue! That beautiful tag is not one of them, but just seeing it made me want to tell you my happy news. :o) I think they'll arrive next week! :o)
